COVID-19 Update: 22/12/2020
Due to the unprecedented impact the COVID-19 virus has had on all businesses and our daily lives, we are pleased to inform you that we have been managing to keep up with the packing orders and dispatching them from our premises on time despite the challenges. However, all couriers and delivery services are struggling with staffing and volume of orders due to lock-down and health & safety restrictions. As such we can no longer guarantee that orders will arrived to you within 3-5 business days. Please allow 4-7 business days for your parcel to arrive before contacting us for assistance.

Our standard orders under 1kg we use Royal Mail. Typically parcels arrive within this 48-72 hour window however, we are dependent on the performance of Royal Mail at any given time and cannot guarantee this. Please allow 4-7 business days to receive your products.
For larger, heavier and more expensive orders of our car care products, we will use a courier service so the goods will be dispatched the next business day for delivery. At present we use DPD or Hermes for all courier services. Heavier goods to Northern Island, Highland and Islands are generally sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels as we have found this to be the most cost effective and efficient service.
Deliveries will generally require a signature as proof of delivery, so if you’re not in and there is no one to leave the Goods with, you may be asked to collect the Order from your local collection office in the case of Royal Mail, or your nearest depot in the case of a private courier. If the courier has tried to deliver and no one was available at the delivery address, they may try and deliver to a neighbor, if you do not want this please state so in the comments box at the time of ordering. Failing delivery to a neighbor, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to re-arrange delivery. If you have provided your e-mail address you should receive an e-mail from the courier that will include a unique link so that you can track the progress of your order. If you have entered your mobile phone number into the site you may also receive a text message with delivery information.
Delivery charges are based on the weight of Your Order and the delivery address that you give when You place Your Order. We can change the delivery address up to the point when the item is dispatched, after that point, it cannot be changed. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.
The delivery times are given to Us in good faith and are not legally binding. Please also note that certain postcodes do unfortunately incur an extra delivery day.
Currently we do not deliver outside of the UK, however we plan to change this! We will update this page soon as we have an appropriate service able to facilitate the needs of our customers.

Return & Refund Policy of
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item, Garage Therapy Ltd will then give a full refund, excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
Garage Therapy Ltd will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
All goods will be inspected on return.
