/ZERO: Iron Oxide V3 is an extremely powerful ferrous metal fallout remover that has been infused with robust deep cleansing surfactants from our /ZERO: Decon Shampoo. It has been formulated to offer effective removal of iron oxide particles, plus other non-organic pollutants, commonly found on your vehicles' paintwork and alloy wheels.

/ZERO: Iron Oxide’s V3 high performance chemical makeup reacts quickly to rust particles and brake dust on contact, turning a deep purple colour indicating that it is attacking and cleansing the fallout.

/ZERO: Iron Oxide V3's viscosity has been carefully dialled-in to offer a good balance of chemical adherence and coverage to ensure the ferrous particles are engulfed, dissolved and degreased, leaving the surface cleansed. /ZERO: Iron Oxide V3 fallout remover is the perfect tool for any good fallout decontamination process for your vehicle.

Changes in Version 3:

- Higher concentration of TGA vs V2.

- More powerful iron oxide removal vs V2.

- Quicker and longer reaction vs V2.

  • When to use /ZERO: Iron Oxide?

Use /ZERO: Iron Oxide when your vehicle is heavily contaminated with embedded iron particles. This typically shows as visible brake dust, rough-feeling paint, or reduced coating performance. During deep cleans – ideal when the car feels gritty even after washing, or if you’re preparing for claying, polishing or coating. To remove ferrous contamination – effective on bodywork, wheels, and other surfaces exposed to brake dust or industrial fallout. To maintain ceramic coatings – regular decontamination (every 3–6 months) helps unclog the coating, restore hydrophobic performance, and extend durability.

    2. What is /ZERO: Iron Oxide V3, and how does it outperform V2?
/ZERO: Iron Oxide V3 is a heavy-duty fallout remover built specifically to dissolve ferrous contaminants like brake dust and industrial fallout. It features advanced surfactants derived from /ZERO: Decon Shampoo to boost cleaning power. Compared to V2, it delivers faster and longer-lasting chemical reactions, thanks to increased TGA concentration and optimized viscosity.

    2. When should I use it in my detailing process?
Use it when your vehicle is heavily contaminated, visible iron deposits, dull paint, or gritty wheels. It’s especially effective as part of a decontamination sequence after washing with /ZERO: Decon Shampoo and before claying, polishing or coating. For ceramic protection maintenance, quarterly or biannual use is ideal.

    3. Is it safe on paintwork and wheels?
Yes, /ZERO: Iron Oxide V3 is formulated for safe use on both painted surfaces and alloys. Its carefully balanced viscosity ensures complete coverage and gentle yet effective iron removal.

    4. How do I use it safely for best results?
Shake well before use. Always work in shade and on cool surfaces, wearing gloves and eye protection. Spray evenly across the surface, ensuring full coverage. Allow it to dwell for 4–5 minutes—steel particles will bleed purple as the reaction occurs—but don’t let it dry. Rinse thoroughly, and repeat on stubborn areas.

    5. Can I layer it with other methods for deeper clean?
Absolutely. For best results, start with a pressure wash and decon shampoo. On persistent contamination, agitate paintwork with a premium microfiber and wheels with a soft bristle brush or woolie.

  • HOW TO USE

    1. Shake well before use and wear appropriate safety equipment such as gloves and protective eyewear. Do not use on hot panels or components, do not use in direct sunlight and work in a well ventilated area.

    2. Spray onto the painted surfaces, ensuring complete and uniform coverage.

    3. Allow to dwell on the surface for 4-5 minutes. The iron oxide particles, if present, will dissolve and turn a deep purple colour. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.

    4. Rinse the treated areas thoroughly, removing all residue.

    5. Repeat if necessary.

    FOR BEST RESULTS

    1. Pressure wash the vehicle thoroughly and wash the vehicle using /ZERO:  Decon Shampoo.

    2. For heavily contaminated areas on the vehicle's paint, agitate the product using a premium microfibre.

    3. For heavily contaminated wheels, agitate with a soft bristled brush or wheel woolie.
